We stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Our 30-Day Promise

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs.

What We Can't Accept Back

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Beeswax candles and honey (food safety regulations)
• Items that show signs of use or wear
• Personalized or custom orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you—including return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange items within 30 days, subject to availability. You cover return shipping; we'll cover shipping the replacement to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return authorization.
