One pint (16 fl. oz.) of pure Vermont maple syrup from trees tapped in the High Wood, our family forest, by our friends at CDA Maple (www.cdamaple.com). The Armstrong family has been sugaring in Central Vermont for five generations. This syrup is amber in color with a rich taste.
